Wootton near New Milton in Hampshire.

We sell a good range of beers and have excellent Snooker and Pool tables and a price

probably the cheapest anywhere in the south of England

Grrrrrr, how I hate this time of the year in the pigeon lofts, feathers every where, it seems that as fast as you hoover them up they return just as fast, one good thing about it though it means that the pigeons are having a good moult,(hopefully) and Christmas is just around the corner!!!

What I can see of it the majority of people on this site have no idea how the the pigeon helped save many a life in days of conflict. Never surprise me when all our modern day communication gadgets fail, the pigeon once again will come into its element.

Funny why people do not like our feathered friend the Pigeon

Funny why all but a few of us realise what a wonderful bird this is, it will give its life for us, but all everybody does, is condemn this wonderful creature, be assured one day in this "wonderful" world of communication we will rely again on this little bird of wonder.

It's great now that the autumn is here as the Pigeons can now.....

Although I am sorry that the summer months seem a distant thought, one good thing about it is I do not have to think about those dreaded sparrow hawks, killings machines they should be known by, when I and many other fanciers let their racing pigeons out for exercise, thankfully we get a little respite in the winter months from these killers, its no wonder where all the hedgerow birds have disappeared to, just one pair of these killing machines need to make at least four kills a day just to survive and when you consider there are about 250,000 pairs of these killers in G.B. alone, one soon realises where all the songbirds and others have gone to.

It must be me, usually find doing things like setting up a site like this a doddle but for some reason just getting nowhere fast with this and its driving me crazy.
